Just can't seem to stick with it!
Would like to take off the 10-15 lbs I've had with me since my second child was born. He's now 4, and I can't wear belts or normal t-shirts b/c I am embarassed about my middle. How can I stick with limited calories day after day? I am great about exercise b/c it makes me feel good. I have to figure out the eating part. I…
