Help! Losing weight while injured.
I somehow injured my sternum and the cartilage/muscles around it. I'm currently 5'10.5", 180 lbs and 30% body fat. (Based on waist measurement AND one of those electronic handheld things). I want to get to 25%, if possible. What would I weigh to be at 25%? Best estimates are fine!
