projected weight loss
I'm losing just not at the rate that the daily calculations say I should be. when you close out your diary for the day and it says if every day was like this you'd be *** in 5 weeks. Does anyone actually get there when it says? I'm losing but not at the rate..what's your experience with this?

Exercise and eating additional calories
I've been earning between 300 and 450 calories 6 days a week and the 1 day a week when we golf, walk and carry about 800 additional calories. I eat some of them but am worried if I eat to many it will effect my weight loss. Does anyone have a rule of thumb they use for this? If you earn 300 extra calories eat 150? Or…
