Hey!
Hey my name is Kristin and I am new to the forum! I've got a goal to lose 10-15 pounds. Currently a student, so I am finding it very difficult to make it to the gym. I've tried to record what I eat before but when I fall off the wagon I stop writing so I am going to give it another go!
