Creamer
I have been on a low carb/no carb medically supervised regimen for a couple of months now. After tracking my foods for the day it seems like my creamer I use for my coffee is a real nemesis. Are there any good low carb creamers out there? I know thare are several that are low fat but carbs are the enemy right now!! :sad:…
