Special K Dieting...
Doing a special K diet... eating bowl of cereal for breakfast + dinner, and having a good solid lunch + healthy snacks during middle of the day. Not doing it for a long time but at least to try to get my appetite down at night. Anyone do this before? Does it help?

Best "on the road" exercises?
I travel for work on the weekends and will be in a hotel. I've shred before, but does anyone have any creative ideas from experience?

TRX?
Anyone have success with TRX? I bought it in January and have used it only a handful of times. Has anyone had success with consistent use of it? My initial opinion is it'd be a good workout as a supplement to cardio. What are everyone's thoughts?
