Im 25 and 5ft 9inch tall and ive been eating right and working out but still cant get tone for soccer I have belly fat tjats uneeded for soccer im in between 155 amd 160 pounds I use my bowflex tread climber for cardio 40 mins everyday and lift dumbells every other day that includes 4 set of 15 to 20 reps for each muscle…
