I started this lifestyle change in March 2014. I'm happy to say I went from a size 16, at 201 to a size 9-10, now 156. I'm 5'7 so I'm in the healthy BMI range! But I would still like to lose about 20 more pounds. It has gotten harder and slower.
I'm not quite new but fell off track for a bit and trying to get back on it. I've have used this web site a few times in the past to keep track of my food. I didn't really look it over to see there are options to add friends and have a support group. Feel free to add me as a friend! :)
