Back again and would love some friends!
I used my fitness pal for a few years lost 81 lbs and then stopped for about a year. While I haven't gained much back, I still have more to lose. I was over 300lbs when I started and am around 230 now...just looking for some folks who've have a lot to lose!

Should I been eating more?
For about a month I have been eating my allotment of around 1400 calories, and most of my workout calories. I find though when I eat a bit more I lose a bit of weight; where as If I stick with my set calories I just maintain. I have lost close to 70lbs so far and I'm happy with my progress but I wonder if my stalling out…

New to the community!
I have been using MFP for over 3 months and have lost 30lbs. It's been an amazing journey and I still have a ways to go. I started out at 282 and am now right around 249. I would love more friends and support, so I'm hoping this community will give me just that! :)
