Don't know if I more excited or scared at the thought of training for a 10k. I run between 4/5 k every day so need to start pushing myself
so I just ventured outside for my first outdoor run. The weather here in the UK has been bloody awful and we have been affected by flooding so I have been unable to get outside until NOW...and I totally loved it. I am so very proud/amazed at myself. Just ran 5k...longest 36 mins of my life lol but I loved it
Just finished run 1 of week 4 and my gosh that nearly killed me lol. I did it but have to say I am now not looking forward to the rest of the week
My phone died so I could use my ap so I decided to try and run for as long as I could instead. I just ran for 20 whole minutes without stopping. I am very proud if myself. A few weeks ago I couldn't run for 60 seconds. I never in a million years thought I could do it but I did. Yay me lol.
Morning all, thought I would indroduce myself and say hi. I am "Bijoix", Mama to 3 little girls (all under5) and have gained ALOT of weight thoughtout my pregancies and never lost it. I have around 70lbs to loose but I am determined this time that I can do it. I would love some "friends" to help me along my journey so…
