yes i am going to have to lose at least 80 lbs so i can walk with out a cane an enjoy my life

i am virginia.61 yr young....i have been here before i was a size 10 in 2012 an really have let my self go i now need knee surgery an have to lose the weight ...so far i have lost 21 lbs in 2 months so would love any new friends

<3 B) hi i am back still have not smoked a cig in 6 yrs think i got that licked....now my weight went up to 262 after the holidays~~~~ soooo back with the weight doctor and on here and my exercise bike...would love some new and old friends...help me fight the fight

hi i am back>>> first a few things good and bad >>i quit smoking 3 yrs ago i only vap now i can breath MUCH better>>i have had a leg injury an it made me very immobile so i have gained my weight back but as my leg is doing better my weight has not so i felt it time to get started on this!!!
