I know its no secret for women that when they are on their monthly they crave chocolate. However, I have noticed the week before and the week of my period I can't stop the cravings for sweets and carbs. Any suggestions on how I can help the cravings and not reach for the wrong things???
I am new to this site and only know one friend who currently uses this. I have recently lost 46 lbs but now I am struggling to lose more and im not sure as to why. I am only 25 lbs off from my goal. I am hoping to find some answers here and great friends along the way! Some support would be totally great!!! :happy:
