Healthy BMI for my birthday--possible, or a bit longer?
I'd really love to be in the healthy BMI range for my birthday (June 7th). That's 6 pounds and 25 days away (1.6 pounds per week)--is it doable? Or not a good idea? I am fairly close to my goal, as you can see by my ticker, so I'm thinking that my weight loss has slowed enough that I probably won't be able to make it. But…
