Okay, so I have logged over a million miles on several airlines. Every trip - I take my running stuff and get in interesting runs in far away and exotic places. What are your tips for travel and exercise? Particularly running!
Well, I'm getting back into the swing after having knee surgery. Slowly starting to run again, back on a diet, trying to take off this stupid weight I picked up!
I spend about 200 days a year on the road - it makes weight loss and weight control really tough. Especially when traveling to Asia. Any other serious travelers out there who want to share encouragement, weight loss tips, etc?
Anyone in Midway or Versailles who wants to start a running group. Looking for some shared support / motivation. I'm not an incredibly fast runner, but i'm building up to running a 1/2 marathon.
