I'm looking for a suggestion for a good evening snack on nights that I'm very close to my calorie count. I don't want to go to bed hungry but I don't want to exceed my calories for the day if I'm close to my limit. Any suggestions?
A year ago yesterday, I quit drinking alcohol. I had a problem with it. I gave myself permission to eat every goody I wanted to answer the sugar cravings I felt. I gained about 10 pounds. About three weeks ago, I decided it was time to tackle the sweet cravings and watch the diet. Now I'm clear-headed and eight pounds…
