Hello, I have started swimming. I order to make sure I am in decent shape i do 2 cardio sessions a week then weights, then a more intensive weight session then i spend 2/3 hours in the pool. Does anyone have a decent gym routine? whenever I go i tend to get bored quickly so some help and ideas would be lovely. x
