i lost 55 pounds, 45 more to go!
i lost a lot of weight but am still fat! i kind of hate to see my reflection in the mirrow, i need to loose 45 more pounds , am on a balance diet , no junk food and i dont cheat on the diet, i started walking 4 to 6 miles everyday , thats actually helping me a lot , but if i reach my goal how do i keep it off?
