What kind of shoes for hooping ?
My feet are getting hurt after 10 mins of hooping .. Dont know if that is due to the shoes or my position.. Its hurting even if I hoop on bear foot.. What kind of shoes are suitable for hooping ? I am planning to buy a new pair anyway .. planning to buy one to suit aerobics, hooping and circuit excercises .. Please advice.

I got my new hoop
I went to Walmart yesterday and got a new hoop for myself..I am very excited that I am going to start it again..
