Hi I'm Sarah AND I'M NEW I have been trying out the food/exercize things and wondering how accurate they are. Hopefully they are pretty accurate and things will go pretty well.
I have only been doing this for about a week and want to lose 10 pounds and according to my scale (it is not the digital kind but I always set it to 0) I have already lost 7 pounds.
