I'm trying a diet that my nutritionist has me on...migraines, pain, etc. It's a food elimination diet; any suggestions/ideas for stuff to eat? I have recipe books and am going to cook enough for a few days, so that will help. But sometimes I do not want to cook for myself; so I don't eat....help! I see her today; hopefully…
