HI in need of diet buddy
I am 21 and when i stopped dancing in high school i shot from 140 to 196 in a matter of three months. I am down now a bit but it has taken me years to do because i was unable to work out due to a heart problem. Now that my heart problem is fixed i want to get serious about eating right and working out.
