Day 3 Cardio
Done the cardio today. I have to admit that instead of running man I jogged. I just could not get my legs and arms to do that.

Looking for support
I am a 40 year old mom of 4 who is finally ready to get up off the couch, stop drinking pop and lose weight. I have been doing the 30 Day Shred and haven't noticed any weight loss, but changes in my shape. I am 3 weeks into this journey and need support and encouragement. Any friend requests are welcome.
