MFP says I can eat 3800 calories a day. Is that accurate?
Hello, I recently started my weightloss journey. I put my accurate details into MFP when I signed up (6'6, 420lbs, looking to lose 2lbs a week.) and when I continued it says my daily limit is 3800 calories!
