How do you get round overpronation on one side only?
I overpronate on my right, quite a lot, I'm presuming due to the bad tib/fib break which had to be pinned, about 20yrs ago. I have a tight/slightly smaller calf on the same side also. Just wondering how anyone else may have overcome a similar problem? Or has the same problem but no issues with it?

Swollen ankle on c25k :(
Was absolutely fine until I tried w4. (I know pathetic!) First my knees puffed up. When they went down I went out again and now it's my ankle! So frustrated right now! Vegetarian protein?
I never seem to be able to get enough protein. I eat some Quorn, eggs, whole meal bread/pasta, brown rice, beans, small amount cheese. Don't drink cows milk and our house is nut free due to my older sons allergy. Any ideas what else I can eat to up my protein?

Tight or inflamed knee/s while on c25k?
Is it a normal part of the transition to get tight feeling knees while on the c25k? Not painful, just uncomfortable.
