Working out and water retention
Hi, does anyone know if this ever subsides or will there always be water retention from working out? I'm not an expert by any means but some have said your body retains to repair the muscles? I'm mainly doing strength exercises (body weight stuff, I don't like lifting) with some hiit cardio.

Eyes opened, weigh your food!
holy crap, my portions were way off just using spoon/ cup measurements! I've had a kitchen scale for a year and cracked it open today finally and I repeat...holy crap! No wonder my weight loss was so much slower than mfp indicated. Weighing everything from now on until I retrain my brain about proper portion sizes!
