need support on my weight loss plan
hi everyone, im a 21yr old nursing student, i'm 5'2 and currently weigh 129 lbs. my main goal is just to shed10-15lbs before august just need a little support. i currently am under a 1200 calorie diet, i jog for 30-45min almost 4-5 times a week. not really losing much weight, its only my first week though i guess
