Last 10lbs are impossible!
I'm really struggling. I'm stuck at 154lbs. I went down to 150 early July then back up to 157 and now I'm back at 154 again. 5:2 diet - first fast day
Thought I'd give this a go as it sounds interesting, I only started yesterday and am trying to stick to my 1200 calories on my 5 days and exercise those days too.
