we're having panera for lunch today at work. i chose the sierra turkey half sandwich and pulled off the bottom of the bread. how do i calculate this in my food diary since the one listed is for the entire half sandwich?

Yoplait lactose free yogurts
so i just discovered these new yogurts and while they are delicious and lactose free which is a big plus for me (i'm not lactose intolerant more lactose in moderation (too much will upset my stomach). the sugar in this is very high. UGH! can anyone recommend another lactose free yogurt?
