What are some things you do when bored at work?
I like to use MFP, ESPN and Youtube. It's hard to stay focused 24/7 lol.

Adding P90X exercise to my app
I don't know if this has been asked before. I find it hard to log the calories I burn when using P90x cardio exercises like plyometrics, kenpo etc. I understand the strength training exercises are hard to gauge. Has anyone been successful at adding any P90x cardio workouts? Please share. Thanks

New and looking for motivated friends
Hi everyone, I'm 30, 5' 11" and trying to lose about 25 pounds. I recently just started getting back in shape and loving every minute of it. I'm not new to working out, but getting back into it can be hard. I any want to add me as a friend and share any tips or suggestions I'm ears for it. thanks!
