Yes, i did. Made myself go outside and walk/jog. I'm using the Endomondo App, and used the 5min walk, 1min intervals, 5min walk routine. First interval i thought i was so out of breath, but it got better as i kept going. I'm going to lose this weight, thats it, its final, thats whats going to happen. I also take zumba 2x a…
