I need help with trying to eating foods with more fat than calories. By the end of the day, i am usually left with a minimum of 10 grms of fat or more? Does anyone have any tips on adding fat and not calories?
Going camping with a bunch of friends this Memorial Day weekend. Just wondering if anybody has any tips on what to bring so I can at least try and eat somewhat responsible instead of just eating the normal bbq, ie/ dogs, burgers, chips for 3 days straight.
