One week post op
I had my surgery on 5/5/14 I've lost 17 pounds. I'm losing and trying to move a little more. I'm so excited. It was hard to make a bowel movement but I finally did. I can't wait to do more cardio. But I'm weightlifting dumb bell just for arm strength. How's everyone else doing ?
