advice on strength training
I joined a gym two weeks ago. My workout right now is upper body one day and lower body the next day with sundays off. I feel a little sore the next day after I worked out, but its a good sore feeling, not a "OMG I AM SORE" (if that makes sense). In April I did do some things right, but I know where I need to change some of the things I lacked at. For May, I plan on…

I am exercising (walking & elliptical) and I know I need to do some strength training. I was just wondering if there was…

what kind of scale do you have?
My scale (Weight Watchers) has served me well, but its old and I want to replace it. I did some googling and Im thinking about getting the Eatsmart precision or the precision plus scale. They both have really good reviews on being accurate. Any other suggestions on brands of scales that I should check out?

how was everyones weekend?
I didn't get any workouts in but I did pretty good on my food choices. I ate most of my calories for lunch and mainly had a protein bar for a evening snack. Tomorrow I will be back on track with my workouts. But all in all I think I had a good weekend.
