What are your favorite apps to help you track your progress? Mine are MFP (of course) , RunKeeper, HappyScale, Weightbot and Bodytrack.it

    MFP (as you say...of course!), MapMyWalk, and some program on my kindle that I can't remember the name of on which I record weights and weights only. I also keep a log in googledocs on which I keep a running total of my weekly and monthly mileage for walking (MapMyWalk keeps a lifetime total-since I started using it). On my googledoc log, I also set mini-goals for mileage, weight loss, etc. I think all this record keeping, although somewhat compulsive, has kept me faithful to the good fight.
