Any good weight loss tips or motivational tweets to be had? @bunnybody is quite good, just wish they tweeted more! Just heard on the radio that in the UK ambulances are having to adjust their equipment because they're dealing with fatter people, this includes wider stretchers, bigger vans and better lifting equipment.

Supportive magazines
Does anyone have any recommendations? I bought Health and Fitness magazine last month which was quite good. I'd like one with more healthy recipes in though as I'm already quite active I cycle 8 miles a day and do 5 hours of roller derby a week. Any ideas?
