Back again, new name, new journey.
Well, Im back after having fallen off of the weight loss wagon about a year ago, and sadly, i gained 60+lbs back that i lost, plus more. Now I have a son, and as my new name states, I need to "do it for Liam" Time to get back on track and back in shape, and back to healthy.
