Hello, Anyone with Thyroid issues?
Hi everyone Since I had my thyroid removed in Oct 08 I have gained 25 pounds that the Dr says I must loose. That my frame is to small to carry that much extra so he put me on a 1200 calorie diet. I could chew my own arm off...any advice would be greatly appreciated. Coleen
