Best Jillian Michaels to lose inches in waist
I'm wanting to start a Jillian Michaels dvd, and get my husband to do it with me. Which would you all suggest for a male trying to lose an inch around his waist? I just really want to start one of her 30 day dvds! thanks for the help! <3
odd question about shoes/breakdown
I'm sorry if this is not the board to post this in. I have noticed my shoes breakdown/wear out a lot faster than everyone else.
