What's your favorite workout equipment?
We have an older Nordik Track cross-country ski machine that I love to work out on. It's great for cardio, exercises arms, legs and core. I really enjoy watching the distance increase as I ski along, and the calories! Works well for interval training, too, as it shows the speed I'm going. What's your fave machine, at home…

Easy psychological trick that helps
It occurred to me that "losing" weight might not be what I want to do. Whenever I lose something, I usually want to find it again. Think about losing your keys, your vehicle in a parking lot, your wallet, your phone, etc. Weight is different - when I "lose" it, I definitely don't want it back! So now I think and speak…
