Im 19 and recently lost 40kgs now looking to tone up and meet people looking for the same, and to have fun because thats how we can accomplish our goals, if we enjoy ourselves along the way. So anyone, add me :)
Im female, 19, 5"9 tall and used to weigh 103kgs but in the last year and a bit lost a lot of weight. I now weigh 67kgs and I'm just wondering what a a healthy weight would be? I still feel a bit chubby but people are starting to tell me to stop losing weight hahaha so any comments?
