Eating Back Calories Burned?
I am on a 1200 calorie diet and have been for nearly two whole weeks now. At the start of the diet, I made it my goal to go to an exercise class 3-4 times a week and run at least 1-2 days a week. I have been logging my exercises, but I find that I am also allowing myself to eat those calories back. Is this a bad idea? I…
