Newbie needing major inspiration to continue to crossfit.
I have a fabulous new roommate with a painfully unfabulous hobby: working out. He's offered to use me as a guinea pig to better learn how to train sedentary computer blobs HIIT and crossfit. Had my first workout tonight, and I'm just proud I didn't die. Please advise me, oh hardbodied geeks!
