Special K Diet
:smile: Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has tried the 2 week Special K Challenge, and how much success you have/have not had with it? I was considering using it to springboard my weight loss plan, but obviously don't want to try if it's useless! Thanks in advance, Tamara!
