I seem to keep going over my protein grams for the day. I'm at or below calorie intake, fat, and carbs daily. Will the extra protein result in slower weight loss, or weight gain?
I've been doing the Slim In 6 workout, Ramp It Up, 5 days/week for the last two weeks. It is not in the exercise diary so I don't have any idea what I'm burning per workout. Anyone know how I might be able to get this type of info so I can track myseld properly? Thanks in advance!
