Has anyone tried "dry needling" for tennis elbow? I am in 4 USTA leagues now and my team is counting on me. I have to do something and ice/ibuprofen is not cutting it anymore.
I can really only handle one protein drink a day. (I like to eat my food, not drink it.) Can you give me some tried and true high protein/no carb sources. I typically eat eggs for breakfast every day. Thanks.
