hi new to this. are the calories that we go by on this site acurate ? does any one use the calorie counting tools i have been going by them.1650 cal. for 1 pd a week etc.on a quest to lose a hundred pounds by this time next year. going to have by pass surgery. scary i know but i have made the decision.have lost 60 pounds…
