Mum and I are taking my sister to the airport tomorrow and it's a total of 8 hours driving, and I don't want to be tempted to eat takeaway foods (mcdonalds and things like that) could anyone recommend any healthy snacks to take?
I've had just under 900 calories today, I'm not hungry but if dont get 1200 calories will i put on weight from not eating enough?
Does anybody have the Nike+sportswatch? There's blue and green and I was wondering if either of them are good, and do you need a chest strap??
