I wanted to know if anyone here has tried this and what was the result? Im interested in trying this so I can up my metabolism.
Working 12hr days can be so tiring and eating the right foods can be a challenge at time. Any suggestions for being successful when u work long shifts?
Hello All, I just joined MFP a week ago and so far I have lost 8.5lbs. I would love to add ppl who are encouraging and uplifting. It is so easy to give up but I cannot. My wedding reception is in October and I plan to be the center of attention. Lol, Reaching out for supporters and those I can support.
