I realize not everyone w/ fibro struggles with the energy/fatigue issues--but for those of you who do: How do you find balancing exercise w/ not crashing and still losing weight?
Hi there--I've been on MFP now for 2 weeks. The first week I lost 1 pound (I'm taking it slowly due to the challenges related to the fibro and chronic fatigue) and this second week, I gained 1/2 lb back. :( I know that I need encouragement on this journey.
