I've hit a plateau! : / Any tips?
Ok, so here is my story. I did p90x last year (spring 2011) and dropped 24 lbs. But I only exercised and didn't really watch what I ate (although my diet wasn't too shabby). After that I kept working out a few days each week and by the time winter came I didn't work out anymore and ate badly. I gained 10 lbs back. : / Then…
